Dafrozah Samagwa

Dafrozah is responsible for ensuring effective communication between the field operations and the management team. She is passionate about facilitating change within the organization and taking on tasks such as creative program management, problem-solving, monitoring and reporting, and goal setting. Dafrozah is a catalyst for ensuring we achieve our goals of reversing poverty and deforestation, while ensuring that staff respect and value the community members we are serving.

Dafrozah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences and Management, as well as a Master of Science in Management of Natural Resources for Sustainable Agriculture from Sokoine University of Agriculture. When Dafrozah is not working or taking care of her family you can find her deeply immersed in reading a novel or motivational book. She developed this habit in secondary school whereby she was required to read 4 novels per week.
